Authentic 1950s U.S. Army O.D.7 cotton overcoat with original military specification label.
Beautiful olive drab cotton with a classic double-breasted silhouette, oversized lapels, shoulder epaulettes, original belt and metal buckle, adjustable cuffs and original military buttons.
The original label identifies it as an O.D.7 cotton overcoat designed with a removable wool liner and is marked Small Long.
The original wool liner is missing.
There are also two tiny spots of staining, each smaller than a pea...one on the underside/back of a sleeve and one on the front underside below the bottom button. Both are subtle and barely noticeable unless inspecting the coat closely. They may potentially be removable with professional cleaning.
A really great piece of authentic vintage military outerwear with an amazing silhouette for styling today.
