80s avant garde midi crinkled tie dye dress, squared off shoulder pads, mandarin collar neckline, peekaboo V back opening, front pockets and self belt. The belt shows wear through out with a couple grommet missing but is camoflauged with the belt loops. The color under arm area shows discoloration but DOES NOT take away from the rare piece. Price reflects these minor flaws.
